Toward newer value propositions through outcome-based delivery models, design methodologies and agencies of designers.

Broaden the definition of how design solves problems; teach collaborative and integrative strategies including leadership and team management; develop new methodologies for technology-driven design approaches.
What are the future skillsets designers need to learn now?
Data integration, information synthesis, managing ambiguity, actual research.
What should a design school do to prepare students for transdisciplinary work?
Less training, more orientation. Create collaborative opportunities, and teach it as a specific discipline like structures or systems.
What should a design school do to forward equity and inclusion?
Work to improve the value proposition of the design professions to attract more interested, qualified and engaged students.
